Refund Policy
Last updated: May 13, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions to Webend Creator. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
14-day free trial
All new signups include a 14-day free trial of the plan you select. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, your workspace automatically transitions to the Free plan — no action needed, no charge.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from the Subscriptions page within your workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
No pro-rated refunds
Because you keep full access through the end of the period you've paid for, we do not issue pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused time. This is the standard practice for monthly SaaS subscriptions and lets us keep pricing transparent and consistent for everyone.
Exceptional circumstances
If you believe you've been charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, billing-system bug, or you cancelled and were still charged), contact hello@webendcreator.com within 30 days of the charge and we'll investigate. Confirmed errors are refunded in full.
Failed payments
If your payment method fails, we retry over the following days. If the issue isn't resolved within 14 days, your workspace is suspended (but not deleted) until payment is restored. After 30 days of non-payment, the account is cancelled and enters the standard 30-day grace period for data export.
Payment processor
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Charges appear on your statement as a Paddle line item referencing Webend Creator. Refunds, when issued, are returned via the original payment method by Paddle.
